Craft & Quilt Fair

After dropping DD off to her snow sports camp yesterday, DH & I headed into town, to the Melb. exhibition centre in Southbank, where I spent the next 5 hours doing the rounds of the various exhibitors, mostly quilt-related, while DH went off on a book hunt. There were a few papercraft stands as well, & I managed to pick up a few goodies; a couple of patterns, some beautiful fabrics, a few rubber stamps as well as a few other bits & pieces...(Sorry about the pics...they are from my phone) I had a great time, & managed to come home with a great deal of ideas, though they were not paper-related LOL. There was a beautiful quilt display, as well as a Japanese Textile Art exhibition, both of which showcased work done by some truly talented people. The 5 hours just flew by & although I was slightly disappointed with the fact that there were only a few scrap/stamp related stands, I kept reminding myself that it was after all the Craft & Quilt Fair.
